Meeting Planners and Show Managers
Two levels of information are provided here for the use of our meeting planner and show manager clients. General Guidelines offers a brief summary of the kinds of quick answers often needed about basic facility use. The Meeting Planners' Handbook provides an in-depth orientation to using the facilities and is available in PDF file format for easy download and printing. Its intent is to provide detailed descriptions of services and staff functions, as well as a comprehensive review of policies and procedures governing all uses for Moscone Center. Please note that there are two sets of Meeting Planner Handbooks. One covers the use of Moscone Center North and South the other covers Moscone Center West.
Service Contractors' Guidelines
This document is a comprehensive listing of rules and policies, which apply to all contractors and service providers working within the facilities. This includes general services contractors, exhibitor appointed contractors, electrical contractors, audio visual suppliers, plant and floral contractors, and any other company providing services directly to the facility's licensee or to exhibiting companies.
