Tools for your Planning Team
Over 500 AutoCAD floorplans will help get your team started in planning your event. This industry-standard software allows layers of technical information to be packed into one master drawing from which many are created. To use this accurate and to-scale reference tool, you must have at least Drafix AutoCAD to open and read plans. All files are in ".CAD" format. For access to the AutoCAD drawings library, click here.
You and your Contracted Technical Experts
Your general service contractor, production company and AV contractor can download detailed guidelines to get started. Read about "must know" topics like labor jurisdiction or room sets / changeovers before downloading the entire handbook.
For your Graphic Designer(s)
A complement of graphic assets is available including photos, maps and press releases to enhance your marketing materials. Visit the San Francisco Travel Association site for descriptive text about San Francisco and an array of electronic materials.
Exclusively for Planners
For those new to working with downloadable policies and guidelines, ours may be browsed by chapter or you can download entire PDF documents, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. The Meeting Planners Handbook, Contractors Guidelines and Production Company Guidelines are written by our seasoned Events Division and include features such as "Union Jurisdictions" 'Room Sets & Changeovers," "Helpful Advice," and "Technical Specs," and "Fire Management Plan."
