The following is a list of services that is provided by Moscone Center Telecommunications.
Enter the total number of lines for each of the services required in the boxes below.
Please read the following terms and conditions prior to submitting order.
Terms and Conditions
- San Francisco Convention Facilities (SFCF) is the exclusive provider of PBX telephone service and all in-house telecommunications wiring.
- Equipment procedures:
- Exhibitors renting phone instruments can pick them up at the Telecommunications Service Desk.
- Exhibitors will be responsible for the protection of any equipment rented from (SFCF) and for returning the equipment to the Service Desk at the end of the event.
- Rental equipment provided by (SFCF) from this order will remain the property of (SFCF).
- Only (SFCF) personnel are authorized to modify system wiring or cabling within the (SFCF)
- All equipment provided by customer or customer's representative must comply with FCC regulations.
- Long Distance service is provided by AT&T.
- Charges and Refunds:
- Usage charges will be applied for all outgoing calls subject to appropriate rates for services including:
- Local Calls
- Long Distance Calls
- Directory Assistance Calls
- A $25.00 Service Charge will be made for returned checks.
- A $10.00 charge will be made for lost or damaged connector cords.
- A $50.00 charges will be made for Line cancellation made within 72 hours prior to installation.
- A $75.00 charge will be made to move an installed line.
- A $75.00 charge will be made for lost or damaged telephone instruments.
- A $100.00 charge will be made for on-site telephone line cancellation.
- A $200.00 charge will be made for on-site Internet cancellation
- After event begins, there will be no refunds for the cancellation of phone lines.
- Refunds will be made payable to the exhibiting company, as listed above, within 30 days of the close of the event.
- Telecommunications Service Desk:
- Exhibitors are required to check in at the Telecommunications Service Desk to receive dial tone.
- A detailed statement of the telephone calls made can be obtained at the end of the event.
- Exhibitors may settle the balance due for telephone service and usage at the end of the event.
- This order form constitutes authorization of San Francisco Convention Facilities to:
- Provide services and to handle negotiations for the installation of telecommunication services and equipment, including rearrangement and/or disconnection of service and equipment.
- Make credit card charges against the credit card provided on file.
- Moscone Center Telecommunications does not provide service for shows that are not booked at The Moscone Convention Center or Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.
